The Mire-Mont Foundation is a Swiss philanthropic foundation, registered in the Commercial Register in Lausanne, recognised as a public-interest organisation and tax-exempt: every donation received is deductible from the donor’s taxable income, within the limits of applicable tax law.
Fidinter SA in Lausanne is the auditor.
The Foundation Board
The Mire-Mont Foundation (FMM) was founded by Dr. Jean-Robert Bugnion and his wife Jacqueline Bugnion in 2020, with the aim of providing financial support to concrete projects in the fields of education and reforestation in the most disadvantaged countries.
They play an active role in the Foundation Board, in the choice of projects and in the day-to-day running of the foundation. They are in regular dialogue with the people responsible for directing and carrying out the projects, particularly in Burkina Faso.
